The Centre Mall, in partnership with National Magazine – MOMpreneur Magazine have announced Sphere-licious The Chocolate Cake Ball Company as the 2011 winner of their search for Saskatoon's Finest MOMpreneur of 2011. Sphere-licious The Chocolate Cake Ball Company is owned and operated by Saskatoon Mompreneur Celeste Bodnaryk. The product – Chocolate Cake Balls are a delicious combination of homemade cake blended with icing and dipped in a rich chocolate coating. The Two-bite rounds are an intense combination of flavours and texture sure to satisfy dessert lovers. Each cake ball is hand made, decorated and placed into an elegant gift box, making it a perfect choice for a special gift for both personal and corporate functions, as well as the hottest new trend for wedding favors. The chocolate Cake Balls come in several tantalizing flavours, as well as new and exciting additions each Season! Sphere-licious will be joining the top finalists of this year's competition at the Centre's 2011 Mom's Marketplace beginning on Wednesday March 30, 2011 – running until Sunday April 3, 2011 where many of the mompreneur's will have an opportunity to showcase their businesses. Shere-licious The Chocolate Cake Ball Company has won a rent-free cart space in The Centre Mall From April 2011 – June 2011 to launch her business and retail her products, details on exact times/dates in which Sphere-licious will be retailing will be posted on www.thecentremall.com. In addition, other prizes for the winner include a Retail Advisory Board consisting of Dennis Heinrichs (Heinrich's Jewellery), Bonita Reilly (Pepper's Kitchen & Gift), and Shashi Behl (Twisted Goods) who will be available to mentor Celeste as she launches her business, as well as access to a Visual Merchandiser to assist with display and merchandising, and as well BlackSun will be providing website and e-commerce solutions.
